About
Lindsay Morgan is a Partner at CM Law in Tampa, where she advises companies on franchise, distribution, and commercial matters across the full lifecycle of a brand — from structuring and disclosure through transfers, defaults, and terminations.
Her career spans both sides of the table. She served as General Counsel of Big Blue Swim School and as in-house counsel at Dyson and bp, giving her a business-first perspective on legal risk, and she built her franchise and distribution practice at Greenberg Traurig, Quarles & Brady, and DLA Piper, representing franchisors in restaurant, fitness, retail, hospitality, energy, and medical industries.
Lindsay has drafted and negotiated franchise, area development, master franchise, supply, and trademark license agreements in markets including Canada, Mexico, China, Indonesia, the Middle East, and Europe. She earned her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a B.A. in French and Psychology from Purdue University, and speaks French and German.
