About
Eric Ritter is the Founder and CEO of Digital Neighbor, a Tampa-based digital marketing agency, and the creator of the Motion for Marketing System — an AI-first framework built around real revenue and intake for law firms. Known as The SEO Sommelier®, Eric cuts through marketing complexity the way a sommelier cuts through an overwhelming wine list: with clarity, strategy, and a focus on what actually works.
He spent 17 years in digital marketing, including time as an in-house head of marketing inside law firms, which gives him a perspective most agency owners never earn. He hosts The Search Bar Podcast on law firm growth and created the digital marketing curriculum at USF, where he teaches as an adjunct professor.
Eric leads The Advisors' Crew with the same intentionality he brings to his clients: slow, deliberate, and only with advisors who elevate the room.
