Christopher Cavaliere

Chris Cavaliere is a principal in the Tampa office of Jackson Lewis P.C., one of the nation's premier workplace law firms. He partners with businesses of all sizes to help them navigate the daily challenges of today's employment landscape — combining extensive courtroom experience with practical business instincts to keep clients compliant, protected, and aligned with their strategic goals.

Chris provides proactive advice and counsel on the full range of workplace issues, including hiring and onboarding, performance management, terminations, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour compliance, non-compete agreements, and employee handbooks. When preventative strategies aren't enough, he represents employers in federal and state court and before agencies including the EEOC and Florida Commission on Human Relations.

He began his legal career as a criminal prosecutor, trying more than 20 jury trials — experience that translates directly into fearless, focused advocacy for his clients at every stage of a case.
